Welcome to Arjia ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arjia protocol, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited
• Not be subject to any sanctions or restrictions imposed by any governmental authority

Arjia is a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol that provides automated yield optimization and liquidity provider (LP) farming services. Our Services include:

• Automated vault strategies for yield optimization
• Smart contract interactions for deposits and withdrawals
• Portfolio tracking and analytics
• Citizenship tier system and rewards

The protocol operates autonomously through smart contracts deployed on blockchain networks. We do not have custody of your assets.

Using DeFi protocols involves significant risks. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept:

• Smart Contract Risk: Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds
• Market Risk: Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and can result in significant losses
• Protocol Risk: Third-party protocols integrated with Arjia may fail or be exploited
• Liquidity Risk: You may not be able to withdraw your assets immediately or at expected values
• Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws or regulations may affect the availability of Services

Important: You should only deposit funds that you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You are responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys
• Understanding the risks associated with DeFi protocols
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Conducting your own research before making any financial decisions
• Reporting any bugs or vulnerabilities you discover

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the protocol or smart contracts
• Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities
• Use the Services to launder money or finance terrorism
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• Interfere with other users' access to the Services

The Arjia name, logo, and branding are our property. The smart contract code is open source and available under the applicable license terms.

You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARJIA AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FUNDS.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arjia and its contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or other appropriate channels. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
